Small Customization:
Small customizations generally require 25-60 points. A few examples of small customizations:
- Minor layout changes
- Color changes
- Font changes
- Image size changes
Investigations:
If you are having a unique issue with an alteredCart product it may be required to investigate the problem on your server. An investigation can range from 25-60+ points depending on the amount of minutes spent on the server.
As always, problems caused by a software bug will be fixed without any points being deducted. A bug is an error in the alteredCart code that prevents it from operating as intended. A software bug is not a conflict with a customization to your cart. See the support policy for more information.
