All alteredCart products come with 15 free support points that are valid for a period of six months after purchase. After the initial free points are used you can purchase additional support points in groups of 30 to 500 as needed.
Support points can be used for questions on minor customizations, module functionality, help with the initial installation, and other general questions you may have.
Upgrades to alteredCart products are always free. You can login and download the latest version here at your account page. If you prefer to have the free upgrade installed by an alteredCart the standard installation fee applies: http://www.alteredcart.com/product.php?productid=11.
Problems caused by a software bug will be fixed without any points being deducted. A bug is an error in the alteredCart code that prevents it from operating as intended. A software bug is not a conflict with a customization to your cart.
alteredCart modules are designed to work with stock X-Cart. Any incompatibilities caused by changes to the stock X-Cart code are not software bugs. If changes are required to make the alteredCart software compatible with a customized store this will be billed at the current hourly rate for customizing alteredCart modules.
