How do I change the the Buy Together discounts to use the taxed price?

Make the following change:

modules/Buy_Together/buy_together_calculation.php

Near line 27 find this code:

$_discount = func_bt_get_product_discount($v,'untaxed');
Change this to:

$_discount = func_bt_get_product_discount($v,'taxed');
